At one of the last minutes in 2022: NEW Transaction by RENEW Real Estate:
RENEW Real Estate acquired 2 logistic properties in Zaandam (Amsterdam area) on behalf of one of their clients.
The objects consists of approx. 8000m2 LFA plus a 4.000m2 new logistic development. The plot size is 17.320m2.
The transaction volume is €10.400.000.
