RENEW Real Estate (RRE) advised one of its institutional funds on a newly delivered 30,000 m² logistics development in Ridderkerk, Rotterdam area.
RENEW Real Estate proudly announces the completion and handover of this state-of-the-art cooled logistics flagship project, representing one of the region’s most advanced and sustainable facilities.
The distribution center comprises over 30,000 m² of premium logistics space, including extensive temperature-controlled box-in-box storage specifically designed for fresh products handling and distribution.
Built with leading sustainability technologies, the facility is engineered to meet BREEAM Excellent standards, ensuring long-term environmental and operational performance.
A Premium Logistics Company has entered into a long-term lease, securing the building as its new high-performance logistics hub for fresh goods supply chain operations.
Construction commenced in Q3 2024 and was successfully completed in Q4 2025 on schedule and to outstanding technical quality.
Throughout the transaction, RENEW Real Estate acted as commercial advisor to its institutional fund, overseeing structuring and negotiating the commercial development terms.
