With a strong background in international economics and business, Nick originates, evaluates, and executes complex investment decisions aligned with long-term capital strategy.
As an investor, Nick focuses on the deployment of institutional capital into capital-efficient real estate investments, including sale & leaseback transactions, portfolio optimisation, and cross-border structures. His approach is driven by disciplined underwriting, downside protection, and sustainable long-term value creation across logistics and industrial assets.
He brings extensive experience executing institutional investment strategies in logistics and industrial markets, working closely with counterparties to unlock value while preserving operational continuity and future scalability.
