RENEW Real Estate closed a 21,162 m2 logistics transaction in Katwijk for one of its clients. The building is situated on a 29,010 m2 plot and can be considered a sustainable investment with energy label A++, A+ and D.
It concerns a Sale & Leaseback for a logistics company providing warehousing, forwarding and transport services. Investment volume was approx. 17 mln.
