RENEW Real Estate is a dynamic real estate company that invests, provides Sale & Leasebacks and develops in mainly industrial and logistics real estate.
We buy for our own portfolio and we structure real estate funds for (international) asset managers. By structuring multiple purchases into funds, we diversify risks and enhance the attractiveness of investment volumes.
Our main focus is closing off-market real estate transactions and structuring sale & leasebacks.
Up until now we have closed over €680 million in transactions and development volume.

Sale & Leasebacks
RENEW Real Estate is specialized in structuring and providing Sale & Leasebacks.
In a Sale & Leaseback the owner sells his real estate and leases it back for a to be agreed upon period (1 to 30 years).
This generates significant liquidity for the seller and its company which can be utilized for purposes such as expansion of the company or building, redevelopment of the building, R&D, innovation or mergers & acquisitions.
Finally, a Sale & Leaseback increases the solvability and financial health of the sellers company.

RENEW Real Estate also structures and provides vendor loans.
With a vendor loan the seller invests his earnings of the sale of the property, directly, by providing a loan with a fixed return to the buyer.
A vendor loan thereby typically results in the highest price for a property, as the purchase price is paid to the seller over time, enabling buyers to pay more while giving the seller the first right of mortgage.
This results in a direct investment with a fixed return and minimized risk.
