Montfort Real Estate advised the buyer financially.
It is the 9th transaction of RENEW Real Estate in 2021.
The portfolio consists of the following 5 objects: Takkebijsters 3-3a, Paardeweide 2a-4c, Voorerf 2-20 in Breda, Slachthuisstraat 31-35 in Roermond and Noorderpoort 9 in Venlo.
The seller was assisted by CBRE.
