German fund sells singe-tenant office building in Hoofddorp to Corum
The office building, located at Bloemlaan 4 in Hoofddorp, was sold to Corum Origin – a fund managed by Corum Asset Management. The sales price was not disclosed.
The single-tenant office building was built in 2010 and comprises approximately 3,500 sq m of lettable floor area and 85 parking spaces. The building is located on business park “De Hoek” and is fully let to Kyocera Document Solutions Europe.

The seller was advised by Savills (commercial) and Dentons (legal). Buyer Corum Origin was advised by RENEW Real Estate (commercial) and DLA Piper (legal).
