In the final days of 2022, RENEW Real Estate finalized the strategic acquisition of two logistics assets in Zaandam, located in the greater Amsterdam logistics corridor.

The assets comprise approx. 8,000 m² of existing lettable floor area and a 4,000 m² newly planned warehouse, on a plot spanning 17,320 m².

This transaction strengthens the logistics footprint for one of RENEW’s long-term investment clients by combining income-producing space with on-site expansion potential.
