RENEW Real Estate has completed the acquisition of a modern logistics property in Utrecht, acting on behalf of one of its long-term investor clients.

The asset comprises approximately 15,000 m² of lettable floor area (LFA) and is leased to a single occupier with a secure tenancy in place until April 2031.

Located in the well-established Proostwetering industrial zone, this transaction aligns with RENEW’s strategy to secure future-proof logistics properties in high-demand urban markets across the Netherlands.
