RENEW Real Estate has successfully completed the acquisition of three interconnected logistics assets in Numansdorp, South Holland, for a long-standing investor.

This Sale & Leaseback transaction was initiated in close collaboration with a long-established tobacco manufacturer operating on the premises for over two decades.
As part of the agreement, a new 10,000 m² warehouse development was integrated into the structure, unlocking capital to support the tenant’s business expansion while avoiding traditional financing routes.

This deal illustrates RENEW’s ability to structure complex, growth-oriented Sale & Leaseback transactions that align with both tenant and investor objectives.
