RENEW Real Estate acquired a light industrial property in Valkenswaard on behalf of one of their clients.

The property is located at the Dragonder 17 in Valkenswaard.

The object consists of 6.185 m² warehouse with a clear height of 6 meters and an office of 1.150 m².

The building is occupied by two tenants who have recently renewed their lease agreements.

The transaction volume amounted to  €3.300.000,-
